3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you're required to:

  • Be of 18 years or older
  • Provide valid and thorough information
  • Pay the specified deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking occurs upon payment receipt and our written approval. We have the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

All yacht charters are contingent upon the vessel's availability and satisfactory weather conditions. We will strive to accommodate your requested dates and times as best as we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed pricing is in € and encompasses all relevant taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter required at the time of booking
  • Final Payment: To be made 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Additional Fees (if applicable): Payable after the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept a variety of major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and bank-certified checks. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted technologies.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing costs
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: Half of the total fee refunded
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

In scenarios where the captain considers weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose:

  • Rescheduling your charter for another available day at no extra cost
  • A complete refund if rescheduling is not possible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the yacht experiences mechanical issues, we will endeavor to arrange a comparable vessel. Should a replacement be unavailable, a total refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health conditions that might impact their security
  • Stay within the designated areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly forbidden onboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any form of weaponry
  • Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Should passenger conduct create a safety concern or negatively affect others' enjoyment, we maintain the right to cut short a charter without reimbursement.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is capped at the amount paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries that occur due to a guest's own negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
  • Delays resulting from the weather or situations outside our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain extensive marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations. It is the responsibility of the passengers to have their travel and personal insurance arrangements.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By taking part in our charter services, you acknowledge that marine activities come with inherent risks and you accept responsibility for your own safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to amend itineraries, courses, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or operational demands. We endeavor to provide equivalent alternatives when possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for interruptions, cancellations, or changes caused by factors beyond our control, specifically:

  • Extreme meteorological conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Governmental mandates
  • Closures of ports
  • Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection
